Thanks, so far it has been uneventful for us. I'm sure many on the coast are suffering but for us here, there hasn't been much to see yet. We've had about a half inch of rain and it has been breezy but not heavy wind wise. Houston and places east of land fall have also gotten a lot more than we have. Which is interesting because what was the eye of the storm is maybe 40 miles east of us.

They are expecting more of an impact this afternoon.

Not much new to report here. The bulk of the rain is east of the eye of the storm and over by Houston. We've had intermittent rain and a steady breeze/wind since last evening. There may be some flooding but definitely east of San Antonio. Honestly, for those of us on the west side of San Antonio, a storm of a couple weeks back packed a bigger punch(5 inches of rain in a couple hours). I'm not trying to minimize what happened to those living on the coast, they got hit with a devastating winds and rain. And the residents of Harris County(particularly the western part) have been inundated with rain as have the small towns between San Antonio and Houston. But from a magnitude perspective, this is hitting the less densely populated areas of SE Texas.
