I was planning to bring some Foothills Jade IPA for trading, but since you now have family in W-S, I might bring one of the new(er) Anchor selections instead.

Our son and his wife moved to Columbus, Ohio in May so Jade would be great. I've seen that Anchor has several new varieties but haven't tried any of them yet.

I'll bring a clean snifter, or my usual 2010 (or 2015) National Championship pint glass.
Depending on game day weather, I may bring a little lighter brew or one of our usual stouts, porters or barleywines.

For all you ladies fretting over not having a small game day purse to carry your necessities, get thee to the fashionable Office Depot this week to pick up one of these beauties for only $4.26, including sales tax! It's 5" x 8 and a little bit", just the right, allowable size!

Ooh, pick up one for me, preferably in pantone 287. It'll fit nicely under my new multi-pocketed cargo skirt.

Ugly rumor on The Devils Den forum this morning. I have no idea who the poster is so I am holding out hope this isn't true:
Talked to a person on the team last night and was told that Sirk has re-injured his Achilles again.
The Daniel Jones era might be about to start.

The weather report is still looking good, but we need to keep an eye on Hurricane Gaston, which is moving Northwest:

Tracking for Gaston calls for it to head towards France.

I have not heard from Bill and Lise Donnelly, Art and Debbie O'Connor and Richard and Elaine Dowdy. Are y'all planning on joining us this year? Anyone (Penny?) in contact with them? Everyone else has "re-upped"!

Since we have to walk from BFE, we will bring dead Presidents.

For anyone that has to walk from BFE, and has things to tote, I drooled when I last saw this in the Durham Walmart.

I'll see you your Walmart wagon and dare you to bring one of these to Devils' Alley or even the threshold of WW:

It is now looking like Saturday will be wet, at least through early afternoon. Frigging Hermine has turned more northward in its projected path.
