Great news!
Prayers continue for his speedy recovery. Also, that he is an obedient patient (which will make life easier for VDB and DukePA).

Life is good!

How terrific! Now then. Lots of TLC in order as he gains his strength back. So proud of all of you and how you've stayed calm and collected , dotting all the Is and crossing all the Ts to insure as successful an experience as he could have. I know he loves you all for the care you've taken. Let the celebration begin.
Love, Ima

Most people say that is it is the intellect which makes a great scientist. They are wrong: it is character.

I'm glad that the surgery went well today. I'm continuing to pray for your dad and his medical team.

Vibing for a pain-under-control day for Bud so that he can get good rest. I imagine it's pretty tough right now. Hang in there!

Thanks everyone. Bud was moved to a step down bed this morning. Referral pain has kicked in big time. I guess that's to be expected. The resident said he might do home tomorrow.

I'd be astonished/astounded/speechless if he went home on postop day #2. Maybe the resident is going home tomorrow.

He's not coming home tomorrow. I misunderstood. I'm glad. He's not ready and for sure I'm not ready.

Will this be "homecoming" day? I'm behind on your events. I hope all is going smoothly. Still vibing!
