Has anyone else heard about this? "Cutcliffe also says he resigned his spot on the NCAA's football rules committee."

Yep. Jim Sumner reported that in his Football Notes 11-17-15 post and he even asked Cut about it and the response seemed very measured, but, reading between the lines...
