This afternoon I called my favorite PT guy, left a message with my problem. I did hear from him, via voice mail. I'm hoping I can see him or one of his coworkers tomorrow. I'm going to start yoga a asap. I believe that's a step in the right direction. 8-|

Can you touch your chin to your chest? If so, good. Try to get a good night's sleep. It not, get thee to a hospital ASAP! Beth, my ex, the nurse, always said not being able to touch your chin to your chest was a sign of something serious, maybe encephalitis, but I forget. Hope you're ok, VDB. :YMPRAY: }}}}}}}}}

Overheard in Circuit Court this morning:

Witness: "female." :9f:

It's the Varnish Zone. What'd you expect for an answer, the "100 yard dash?"

That's too far for anyone in the Varnish Zone to run.

Screw Steve Spurrier. He's arrogant, self centered and selfish. He was too busy negotiating his contract with Fla. St. to prepare our team for the game. I bet he was ask to leave...quickly. :Boo:

Good news. It's muscle spasms. I'm on a prednisone tapper and muscle relaxer. I'm relieved.
