So after two cortisone shots and a large black brace, my wrist is no better. I made an appointment with the orthopedic guy for tomorrow to go ahead and set up surgery on it.
The Midget Pervert Prosecutor (who is also a hypochondriac) was in the office kitchen this morning when I was in there. He asked about my wrist, and I told him it was no better. He asked what was wrong with it.
I usually tell people it's similar to carpal tunnel. Knowing his reputation, I said, "it's DeQuervain's tenosynovitis." He said, "oh, I have that."
Next time I'm going to give him the name of a bovine ailment.

I'm sorry the brace isn't helping. I was hoping you would have the good luck I had - cortisone shot, brace for 3 weeks, and back to normal. (Or as normal as I ever get

)
Life is good!

That would work. A woman who was charged with shoplifting from the local Walmart wrote out a statement and she said she had been in the hospital the morning in question for a bovine disease. I finally figured out she meant a nerve condition.

Try retrobulbar micturalgia.
Dental hypertrichosis or fluorescent excrement would be too easy...

Sorry about your wrist. Hope the appointment with the orthopod goes well.
Lol at MPP story. We will have to research animal ailments for you so we can come up with something especially appropriate and funny.

Ooh, Cathy's reply made me think of another bizarre (non-bovine) ailment:
perianal hyperhidrosis

My Dr. was switching one of my meds this morning and as she was writing she said 'no issues with your prostate?' I said no.
She was embarrassed.

When I was an intern, I was helping with a mock trial for the local police academy. The mock case was a domestic violence homicide. I looked through the FEMALE victim's autopsy report, and it said HER TESTES WERE UNREMARKABLE.
Seems to me if she had external testes, they would be remarkable.

Maybe the corpse was Caitlyn Jenner.......
Speaking of whom, I have a photo taken at one of her early photo shoots. I'll show it to select people at our first tailgate.
