Good morning. Granddaughter Donna and family arrive today. Emily Jane will make her first appearance in North Carolina.

She is 3 1/2 months old.

Yesterday we had a defendant (whose dog was alleged to have killed a cat) bring in a doggie lineup for the cat owner to ID her pup.

Successful liver conference last night. Caught up with friends and enjoyed a couple of margaritas.

My liver appears to still be healthy.

I didn't object. I didn't believe the guy who said his cat was killed. I thought about objecting because one of the dogs looked a lot like a fox, but I let it go.
