No ganglion cyst; I have de Quervain's tenosynovitis. Got a medium-sized cortisone shot and today the cold pack and I are best buddies.

I had that a number of years ago - cortisone shot and a brace for 3 weeks and I was as good as new. Good luck.

Good morning or close enough. Made it back from the mission trip last night. It was warm and rainy in Kentucky. I caugbt a falling soffit with my arm - it left quite a mark. I wish I had been able to touch base with Lavabe and I Love Jimmy as I passed through the Lexington area. I did wave.
