14 laps to go: KuBu goes sliding through the grass, but saves his position and the car. Trouble is, he now has a grill that is COVERED in grass/debris. He may not make it all the way without overheating.
11 laps to go: CAUTION: Casey Mears' rear axle housing snaps off. His wheel (with axle, brakes, etc...) goes flying.
ONLY JJ STAYS OUT... everyone goes into the pits for fresh tires. KuBu's grill gets cleaned off... left rear turns out was going down!
JJ is a sitting duck, but there are four others who stayed out. They now become the top five.

Gave up on this race an hour or two ago. Are they going to run it tonight?

OMG!!How Austin Dillon is alive is beyond me... and he walked away from the crash.
Dale Jr wins, but the Big One occurred as the field crossed the line.
Dillon went airborne, hit the catch fence, spun upside down, and the car split.
ABOUT twelve other cars got nailed as well.
It looks like some debris made it through the fence... don't know about the fans.
It all started when Hamlin (in 2nd) got squirrely, turned around, came back and hit Dillon, who went FLYING. Smoke drove below him.
Dillon's engine is some 50 yards away from the car.

Officials are attending to three fans...

The catch fence prevented a lot of injuries and made the situation a lot better than it could have been...
Amazing...
Only three of the top 27 were unaffected by the last wreck.
NEVER would have thought Dillon walked away.

NBC reports that the fans had minor injuries.
