I am a fan of the show Deadliest Catch. It is the only reality type show I watch. This year the Bairdi crab quotas were way up (Bairdi aka Tanner) until I watched the show I had never heard of Bairdi/Tanner crab. I also didn't realize for the first two seasons that Opilio were snow crabs!

Went to the store today and low and behold the seafood counter had Tanner crab. They are Edgar Hansen' s favorite. That was good enough for me. I will try them out tonight for dinner.

I haven't had crab legs in years. I did have a couple lobsters when I moved from Boston in 2009.

When we visited B's people on my first trip to Seattle, B's mom got crab legs for us for dinner one night. His dad threw a fuss and said he would not eat those things, so we got him a McDonald's junior double cheeseburger for $1. He raved over that cheeseburger for months. I had happy dreams of crab legs for about as long.

There is no accounting for taste :)

Tyler won't eat McDonald's. He is a wise puppy. Jester eats anything. He is a Labrador.

Harley is a pickie eater. We feed him twice a day. Sometimes, he eats his breakfast for dinner. He weighs 85 lbs. and is on the slime side. He's an American lab and is very tall.

Jester weighs in at just under 100 lbs. He is not, despite my best efforts, on the slim side.

Our friend, Jim, was put on Xarelto last year. He called Bud, told him he could hardly walk. Bud left the lake for Burlington to take him to the ER. He was admitted and given 2 units of blood. He has been contacted by an attorney regarding a class action suit. I ask him what percent the attorney would charge, 60% was the answer. I was shocked. I thought it be 40%. Cathy, LG anyone else who may know, is this normal for a CAS? Also, because a CAS is in progress, does he has to go that way? I'm at a loss. In all my years at Duke, I was never involved in a CAS. Any help is appreciated.

Once a group is certified as a class for purposes of a class action suit, attorney's fees and costs come off the top of the settlement and then the rest of the settlement is divided among the class. I don't know what the costs usually figure out to be, but I would think 60 percent seems high.

He does not have to join the class; he can opt out or sue on his own or attempt to work out his own settlement. I don't know many people who have ever tried that and can't give any advice about that. I have been a part of a few class action suits, but not for anything that made any difference to me, or frankly anything I paid attention to. I got a $20 check from Dish Network once, and a few bucks credit from an iTunes suit. That's about it.
