Duke at Virginia
This is a huge road game at Charlottesville on Saturday evening. We need to beat the Wahoos! Will Coach K use a seven man rotation now? Or, will Grayson Allen play significant minutes? I'm hoping Allen sees increased playing time as a seven man rotation is too thin for sustained success unless everything goes right for the team and we all know everything rarely goes right for any team. Furthermore, Allen can provide the rotation another 3-point shooter to augment Quinn Cook.

I'm more nervous about this game than I was the ND game.

Weird. I'm not nervous at all. Does that mean I've finally grown up?

I'm with you Ima. Not nervous one bit. In fact, it is nice to go in to a game as the underdog, expected to lose. I'm excited to see how we respond to being a new team.Ima Facultiwyfe wrote:Weird. I'm not nervous at all. Does that mean I've finally grown up?

I'm not sure not being nervous due to low expectations is necessarily a good thing.

Not low expectations at all...that would be Duke football playing Alabama. I KNOW we can beat UVA, I am just not dreading if we don't.

Ahhhh. I haven't been able to watch the Cavs this year but they continue to not score a whole lot of points most games. I'm curious if some offensive scoring pressure from us can cause them some angst.

We've got a team with 8 scholarship players, obvious holes on defense and suspect free throw shooting. Plus we've got an it's over thread OY.Bob Green wrote:None of us have a clue what we have.DevilWearsPrada2.0 wrote:

Why don't we attack the rim like this more often?YmoBeThere wrote:Ahhhh. I haven't been able to watch the Cavs this year but they continue to not score a whole lot of points most games. I'm curious if some offensive scoring pressure from us can cause them some angst.
