We did see Ozzie and TalkLady in the bookstore and had a mini-reunion, and I got a Blue Devil bobble head to go with my Coach K bobble head. (My Duke paraphernalia is taking over a second shelf in my office and I am very happy about it.)
We also went to see Christian today. Still has the feeding tube, ge is saying complete sentences now. Keep the vibes and prayers coming; his sister is leaving tomorrow for a few days and there's a lot going on with him.
Wow! Whole sentences, this quick. That is awesome. I'll try to get by to see him Wed., after my pre-op.
You are the best, VDB! He is on the eighth floor still, but on the other side, in room 7. I am pretty sure he will still be there then. If I hear any different I will let you know.

Okay, so we have the Deacs up first. Any issues playing them on Ash Wednesday?

Whose idea was it to have a Methodist school play at 7pm on the East Coast, when a lot of Methodist churches have their Ash Wednesday services?
I am afraid not to go to church lest we be punished with a loss to the Baptists.

Probably better than playing Notre Dame...

Even after my cats have thrown up all over the wall, I still love them.
That doesn't change the fact they barfed on the wall.

You can love something (someone) forever, but you don't have to LIKE them every minute of every day...not liking this group very much this morning

Got home around midnight and watched the game. Should have skipped it. Hopefully, Coach will get over his dizzy spell. That is much more important than the game.

Exactly!!!!!!
Glad Coach K checked out okay at Duke Medical last night. The game was progressing, and the 2nd half just spiraled. Wake was hungry and
played with heart and hustle!!!
Unlike Coach K, who had dizzy spell and light headedness during the game, I was just spinning not believing how our boys took themselves out of the game the last few minutes. Blew a #1 seed!
Next Play!
