First Day of full teleworker status. Got up, had breakfast. I put out the dogs and got dressed. Gave the pups their breakfast and made car noises as I headed in to my office.

This doesn't suck. The coffee is pretty good too.

The Rev Lawgrad and I need to go to NYC one year for the Christmas time game. He keeps making noises about wanting to go to NYC at Christmas. I'm not excited about the prospect but if Duke basketball were added to the plan, I would go.

I'm glad I've only had to lead practices and never an actual handbell practice. Glad to read that you survived it.

Mom and I make sugar cookies every Christmas. Been doing it as far back as I remember. I still use the same Tupperware plastic sheet to roll out the dough on, and the same rolling pin. We've been through a lot of mixers, though.

We did Spritz, Linzer, Ginger Snaps, and Chocolate Buttersweets. We both decided that we are going to continue calling the last kind by the wrong name we have used for decades - Chocolate Bittersweets. They are my favorite - a shortbread cookie, cream cheese/coconut/nut filling, and chocolate on top. I brought them to the Alabama game.
