I was at lunch. Eating a taco salad (I decided to make the healthy choice ;) ). I'm back now.

I, too, had a salad for lunch in an attempt to be a healthy eater. It was assembled at a salad bar, though. I think I did fairly well - I went light on the cheese and used a vinaigrette dressing of some kind. Added sunflower seeds, garbanzo beans, craisins, ham, broccoli, cherry tomatoes. It was dirt cheap (pay by the oz). May have to play build-a-salad more often.
