I'm watching this thread with great interest. Whether or not I can make it will depend on where you guys settle and whether I can get loose from the hospital in time to make it. If you decide on a Raleigh location, I'll need good directions. They honk at me all over town there since I wander a lot! Definitely hope you can join us. We are meeting at Casalinga, 4538 Capital Blvd,Raleigh, and then taking food to DD's house, which I know how to get to. If you'd rather meet us at DD's house, I'll PM you the address rather than post it here for all the world to see - you never know who might show up :lol: Your GPS should be able to find either location.

What do y'all want on your pizza(s)? I would like peperoni, mushrooms and chunks or slices of tomato. I'll call and order for takeout about 6. Assuming 16" pies (I'll ask when I call), 2 enough or should we get 3?

My count:
Me, Tilly, K68, DinK, DD, Mrs. DD and hopefully Ima. Maybe 2 large and a medium?

Check with Mrs. DD to see if any DD offspring will be there, and then go from there. I completely trust your judgment. I wouldn't be the president and life-time member of your fan club if I didn't. ;) ;)

Slight change in plans. Just had a call from Mrs. DD. He's under the knife now. DD's surgeon told him that "you are not eating pizza tonight, and you are not to entertain a group of people tonight." So let us just eat at Casalinga - or Tilly if you want the Ale House at Briar Creek, that would be fine with me and closer to the airport (and home) for you - call me, then you can post here so Ima will know where to meet us - guess you have her phone number? I don't. I'm heading up to Raleigh in a minute and won't have email access until later tonight. All further communication with me will be by cell phone. We'll call DD during dinner and see how he's doing.
