I would send pictures/biill to the Broker that employes the realtor as well. There should be a local Realtor board that you can escelate to - although I would be inclined to take my tale to social media first. If the office, broker or realtor you dealt with has a facebook page that's where I would start.

I wish Shane were playing with a bunch of guys I like. I wonder what he wishes. He says he'll probably be retiring soon. I wonder if he's had about all he can stand of the NBA life. Bless his heart.
