I am hearing he was in the Philippines where he had moved in the last year or so. first reports say it was a heart attack.
absolutely tragic.

i read on wral this morning. Very sad for the Duke family, today! RIP to Phil and prayers for the family and friends.

I remember seeing Phil around campus a couple times my freshman year. RIP and condolences to your family.
