Ah, there is nothing quite like opening up the local jail bookings blog and finding a client's mugshot in the number one position.

Yes, it is. Last Friday afternoon, I went to worthless check court. My client was in lock-up--for a $33.00 check that was 15+ years old? The D.A. dismissed the worthless check charges, but the guy still had to go back to jail. Job security.
