Should I go or should I stay?

Should I go or should I stay?
So I am a little superstitious at this point, sue me!
Should I go to the football game Saturday?
I dont know I dont know I DONT KNOW.
On one hand I'd like to see the Devils slice and dice the Cavs (or is it the Wahoos? I forget), but
on the other, much larger hand
1) Renfree is day-to-day at the moment and Boone warming up in the bullpen
2) Supersititious or not, I question my presence at the game versus watching on TV.
We are two games away from a long held off talk (to which I will not say nor type should the fates be listening or reading).
You see, I seem to be a good luck / bad luck charm to the team.
When I am in attendance and watching the game, we aren't doing so great. But, when I step away, go to the vendrs, sunnuvagun, we flippin score!
We drive deep, we force turnovers, we do some serious sh^t. But upon my return.... not so great again.
Oh sure, there are exceptions to this, but for the most part it seems to work that way.
Last game I stayed home whilst my lovely Tilly went to the game. What happened? We smoked Wake Forest, first time in 12 meetings I might add.
This has been an ongoing theme for two years now. My complex to this knows no bounds! lol
So what say you my friends, shall I go or should I stay home?
Maybe camp out at the tent and not even go in? lol
Or just stay home and try not to even watch on TV or listen on the radio.
The lengths I'll go for Duke!! lol

Not many chances to see Duke get to 5-1 in person. I say go.

This is a new kind of team. Come on in; they can handle it. Show up for the Devil Walk, look 'em in the eye and high five every one of 'em! Go Duke.

Going will provide verifiable proof of your impact. Do you want to know or don't you?

Go, go, go, go, go, go, go!!!
Re: Should I go or should I stay?
Thanks Lavabe, Bob & Ima.
Ozzy Ozzman, I like your thought and may do that very thing! It's a happy medium. "Technically" I wont be at the game therefore we should get a solid win (not that we wouldn't).
Ymo, you are right (and I couldn't remember which word came first in the song... I blame it on OFS (old fart syndrome)) lol
I know, Im a dork, but being amongst friends I think I am safe! lol

You need to be at this game.
You need to stay at this game.
We need to see your smiling face!
You need to stay at this game.
We need to see your smiling face!

I'm the only person who thinks he should stay at home. Why? Because we win when he isn't there.
However, it is completely up to him. I won't leave without him or hide his ticket.

Also, if he comes to the game, he'll bring your smiling face with him, and we'll get to see YOU!TillyGalore wrote:I'm the only person who thinks he should stay at home. Why? Because we win when he isn't there.

I'm coming whether or not he comes. Though I'm sure I will have a brighter smile if he is there.CathyCA wrote:Also, if he comes to the game, he'll bring your smiling face with him, and we'll get to see YOU!TillyGalore wrote:I'm the only person who thinks he should stay at home. There is no doubt in my mind that WW will look much fuller with you in it!!!!! Go early, 68, and to paraphrase DD, "don't leave til the game is over!"

So, Knights, I am guessing we won't see you in two weeks....

Knights stayed home, much to everyone's happiness - only because we won not because no one wanted to see him. He will NOT be at the carolina game in 2 weeks. Too much riding on that game to mess with a streak.

I still say this team can handle it. I'd even be comfortable with K68 getting to sit on the bench! Bless his heart!
