Good morning. Wasn't planning on being up this early, but then, I had planned on getting to sleep last night when I went to bed. I've been in my office doing some work since about 3:30 a.m., and the alarm is going off in another 30 minutes - I better go turn it off. Doesn't make sense to go to bed now, does it?

Good morning. We are back home from th mountain house in Va. We went to Bud's 55 class reunion. It was fun. I'm glad to be back home.

Ruthie is sleeping in. We originally thought her surgery would be late afternoon, not getting to Duke until 1pm, with no food this morning, so we kept her up late so she'd sleep late. But it's been moved up to early afternoon. If her time permits, she'll cruise by and "type to Grandpa's friends" before she leaves.
