The dealership called me back at 7:30 this morning. We got in at 2:00 this morning, so the call awakened me. My service adviser talked me through how to reset the TPMS light by using the toggle on the turn signal stem. It was a simple repair.OZZIE4DUKE wrote:Glad you got home safely without any tire problems! Did the TPMS light go out?CathyCA wrote:We had so much fun at the game tonight! Go Blue Devils!

More importantly, it was a simple step that SOMEONE failed to do when he was doing his job. Fortunately, I'll have an opportunity to report my experience to BMW of North America when they send their survey around this week.
I was frightened to death driving around with that tire light on red last night. I'm glad that everything turned out well.

We had the same problem last year driving home from one of the football games in the MINI. The service guy said sometimes when it gets cold the sensors think the pressure is down and turn the light on. It freaked me out driving around with that light on, as well.CathyCA wrote:The dealership called me back at 7:30 this morning. We got in at 2:00 this morning, so the call awakened me.
