Despite my prayers for storms, etc., across the Midwest, PHB is back to work today. The Perv (our official office brown-noser, who says horrible things about PHB behind his back but has to talk to him about EVERY CASE) is already in his office sucking up.

I didn't say "Good Morning" today because my laptop is in the shop.
Long story. Turns out, I had purchased a 3 year warranty on it 2 years and 11 months ago, so it's in the shop. Lucky me.

I do not know yet. They didn't tell me.
I can't believe that I forgot about the warranty. Luckily, they sent me a reminder card to renew my warranty on Monday.
I can't believe how:
(1) I forgot about the warranty I had purchased; and
(2) fortuitous the timing of the reminder card was.

And on the news, again this morning, the repeat story of McAdoo (Unc football) and the ruling from the Durham County Judge! Of course, Time Warner news (News 14), repeats the story more often with news all the time.

Good morning.
I am sad. After being with them since July 3rd, the kids are heading down to SC today to visit their cousin, then to the other side of the family's beach vacation next week. Nice for them, but sad for me/us.
No more Ruthie for a while.
