I'm quite the opposite. I like mine over easy...running all over the plate so I can sop the yolk up with a biscuit or toast.
I also love a poached egg...Eggs Benedict is my single favorite dish.
Scrambled eggs are also good. I love eggs.

Western omelette, scrambled or Eggs Benedict. Any of the three will suffice, but I have greatly reduced my egg intake over the last year or so.

I concur regarding the Eggs Benedict and would add Eggs Sardou, Eggs Hussarde and maybe Eggs Owen. A good omelet made with chopped ham and a coarsely grated sharp white Cheddar or crumbles of Bleu cheese is very satisfying. I love to make quiche using assorted leftovers.... a marvelous use for eggs. Deviled eggs belong at every tailgate party. :-bd

Let's just say all the egg dishes on Brennan's menu.

You've never had my wife's deviled eggs. I HATE deviled eggs in general, but I like hers. My father, who is a deviled egg fanatic, says they're the best he's ever had. He INSISTS that my wife bring them to ANY family function, and then he eats every one he can get his grubby little paws on. He ate a dozen (eggs' worth, so 24 really) at one sitting once. He diets to save up his cholesterol ration for a week any time he knows she's making them so he can go wild on 'em when they come.

So if you're eating at Sami's on Saturday with DD I would guess that you'd prefer Smithfield's BBQ for lunch on Friday?

I don't like deviled eggs. I do like egg salad, but DON'T put any mustard in it. Miracle Whip or mayo, and a little bit of sour cream gives it a nice sweet zip (sour cream was my mother's secret ingredient!)
Miracle Whip? Shame on you Ozzie! I had you pegged as Duke's man.

I'm going to the Waffle House. Been cravin' some scattered, smothered, topped (w/Bert's chili), and peppered. The perfect complement to it will be: scrambled eggs.

I like them hard boiled. I like them deviled. I like them in egg salad. I like them in chicken salad. I like them in potato salad. I like them in tossed salad.

I also like them in quiche.

And I like them scrambled.

I like them in omelets, but I don't know how to make a pretty omelet.

Sunnyside up is disgusting. That runny yellow yolk is nasty looking.
