Everybody's been talking about Vick, but they announced on the radio this morning that Brett Favre has told the Vikings that he IS going to stay retired. This would certainly make Vick more attractive to the Vikings, but my question is... is this permanent? Is he really retiring this time, or is he just trying to skip camp again and if someone gets injured early in the season and his phone starts ringing, is he gonna show up? Also, does that affect his consecutive starts record, or if he signs mid-season, would it still continue?

I'm pretty sure this would end his consecutive starts record.bjornolf wrote:Everybody's been talking about Vick, but they announced on the radio this morning that Brett Favre has told the Vikings that he IS going to stay retired. I hope he's gone for good. Loved him during his prime, but the boy needs to grow up and make a tough decision.

Complaints duly noted: Lavabe doesn't want to talk about football players in the news. Some of us might.Lavabe wrote:Please sticky this thread to the obscurity of page 14. UGH!!!!
