The address is 705 W. 4th St. It's located 0.42 miles from the stadium, so a fairly short walk to the game. The lot also has porta-potties, so that problem is eliminated!
Here's a few more details. You should pre-buy your parking pass, which will cost $22 online. This covers parking starting at 2:30 pm. For those who get there early, it will cost an additional $1.75, their daily rate. When the attendant gets there ~2 pm, you'll need to go see him to get the additional pass he'll give you in exchange for your printed "pre-buy" reservation. If you don't pre-buy, you can pay at the gate but it may cost you $25 or $30 (the lady I spoke with wasn't sure). Probably cash only at the gate, vs. credit cards online.
