Awww, thanks, y'all! :ymhug: :ymhug:

I took today off to (drum roll please) clean the house! Yes, I live in the exciting world of the 2-working-parent family, where days off are spent swabbing toilets and sweeping floors, but it did feel good to get back to some semblance of tidiness and non-slobbery.

Husband did surprise me by coming home at lunch (he had to finish my birthday cake - I requested Boston Cream Pie, and he obliged!) so we grabbed lunch together, and then had a nice dinner at a new restaurant sans child as well. Tomorrow, I'll celebrate with FutureDA - maybe a trip to the kids museum or some such fun together.

Hope everyone's having a good run up to Thanksgiving! I know I feel extra blessed these days. :ymhug: :happy-bouncyblue:
