Ozzie posted a thread about this with some links in "our house". Tons of vibes to Blair. :wizard: :wizard: :wizard:

A fund raiser has been set up to assist Blair's family with their mounting hotel expenses and other costs of long term stay to be near while Blair is in the hospital. Here's a link with information about how to contribute to this fund. His fellow football players helped get the ball rolling.

Despite the questions raised over there, I think it's legitimate. I learned about it from some football players.

Update on Blair Holliday. It was really tough on him that his request to return to school this semester was denied.

Great article, but yeeeah....why would he be denied???

I would think taking a few classes would be fine. There must be more to the story.

No one knew why at the time I asked. His doctor thought it would be very good for him and recommended that he be reinstated, but the request was denied by one of the Dean's in Trinity.

The article says he is taking "a summer class," but even one summer class (IMHO) is a step in the right direction.

Go, Blair, go! :happy-bouncyblue: :duke: ^:)^ :-BD
