Sweet Corn Salsa

Post by EarlJam » December 27th, 2011, 1:09 pm

Last night, I sat down to watch the Atlanta Falcons get cold-cocked by the Saints. Anyway, I tried a new kind of salsa. New to me, EarlJam, anyway. Sweet Corn Salsa.

Holy cow. I'm in heaven. Loved it!

Anyone else had this? Now I want to try other kinds of salsas. Any recommendations?

Try one with mango or peach added to the traditional tomato salsa.

Costco sells a mango peach salsa that is delicious! In fact, it is on my list to buy more today when I get to Costco.

I think I've tried this type of salsa before. I shall try it again. Oh yes, I shall try it again.

I got my oil changed for $9.99 at my Hyundai dealer (a December coupon special!) and then went across the street to Costco and got the Mango Peach Salsa. Also got a couple of their cooked chickens for our dinner tonight! B-)

So, what brand of salsa was this or did YOU make it? Recipe please!
