is there a special username or password...

Leave password blank, use any username. try that.

i tried to sign into the chatroom... but couldnt

and received NO assistance in trying to sign into the chat area.

My regular username and password get me into Section 21, but I may have set it up that way. Can't remember for sure, but I think I had to create a username and password for Section 21 separately.

With a name as long as yours, there is a limitation (I have the same issue). I guarantee you however, that if you signed in with just any name, such as DWP, and left the username blank, like I suggested above, it would have worked.
