No potatoes today, but yesterday I had the most delicious red-skinned mashed potatoes at Rucker John's.

No potatoes...rice.
Dirty, spicey, savory, flavor-laden rice. Steamed up by beef broth, 57 sauce and bacon bits and fluffed with butter. The real thing, I don't trust marge-o-reen.

A cardiologist's dream, I bet ya! :))
