Best start(s) to a Monday?
So I was dragging in to work this morning, the thought that it is Monday vibrating in my head, in my usual Monday morning sullen mood. Get to work, check my email and plan out my day, still sullen, when I open my desk drawer and find my little bag of M&M's waiting for me. A smile grew and I thought, what other ways would put a smile on ones face for a Monday morning (actualloy being off excluded from such a list).
So... what would be your little or big thing(s) to occur on a Monday morning to put a little smile on your face?
Apparently mine is a bowl full of peanut M&M's this morning.
So what's yours?

A certain client paying his past due bill.

The Virginia state government taking a day off. Like, say, today, when we who work for the Virginia government celebrate Columbus/Yorktown Day. (Interestingly enough, our fellow county employees are at work today, but they get Easter Monday off. Some of the courthouse denizens get both, but not those whose pointy-headed bosses are weenies, like mine.)
Anyway, my best start is sleeping in and getting up to walk the puppies when I want to. If I had to work, it would be something like what K68 mentioned.

This project completing on time (not gonna happen).
Our client having a reasonable response to the project running over (possible, but doubtful).
I'm enjoying a lovely omelet though, and that helps.
