A series win means a double bye in the ACC Tournament.

GT wins the opener 7-6. Disappointing. We let this one slip through our fingers. Game 2 today at 6 pm.

Duke drops the rubber match to GT and ends up as the seven seed in the ACC Tournament. We play winner of Pitt, Louisville on Wednesday at 5 pm.

That ended up being a huuuuge loss as a win woulda tied us with GT (making us a higher seed than them based on head to head) and likely jumped UVA and tied State and Clemson, both of whom we beat 2 outta 3 in our series and probably made us the 3 seed. Bad, bad loss.
[redacted] them and the horses they rode in on.

We blew it on Thursday when we held the runner at 3rd base. Send the runner and force GT to make a play. They have to throw the ball, catch the ball and apply the tag. We took the conservative approach and it bit us in the butt.
