I will miss Sheed. He brought athleticism and a spark to the team. I knew he was in K's doghouse last year.

I've been wondering about something for a couple of days. Do you remember Coach K's comments after the Miami (I think) loss? He said that something had been "off" with the team since Christmas and he didn't know how to fix it. Given the events of the last week, I'm starting to wonder if Sheed was the cause. The team was completely different after Christmas, and it appeared to me as though the team chemistry had suddenly gone south. Is it possible that Sheed was causing problems to the point that it was disruptive to the rest of the team? If that's the case, and it ultimately caused Coach K to kick him off the team, might this be a case of addition by subtraction? Today's game could be very telling.

As a diehard fan, it is very easy for me to move on but I really, really hope Sulaimon learns from this terrible experience and becomes a better man. He has a lot of talent so hopefully he can solve whatever demons he has and focus on succeeding in the future.

The difference I see is this wasn't turned over to the good ol' boy police the way Jameis' was.

But I may be the only person in the world who sees that as a difference. And if allegations were known that long ago, he should have been toast then.

I believe we have all learned to let the facts come out before making judgements. If there is any evidence of impropriety on the part of the university and/or the basketball program, I'm done unless they make it right. I refuse to be willfully blind like many UNC fans. This really freaking sucks. I fucking despise money in college sports.
