My DSL connection has stunk for the last few days. Maybe time to switch to cable?

I am glad that I don't have a prostate, Bjornolf. I'm probably as glad as you are that you didn't have to endure a mammogram TWICE this morning.

BTW, I've lost 18 pounds since my divorce. :D
I thought you lost 250 pounds. ;)

That, too!

Maybe I should clarify: 18 additional pounds since moving back to NC.

I need to go to work, but my Tivo is recording the Duke v. NC State game from 1988, and I am captivated! The Duke starters are Billy King, Danny Ferry, Robert Brickey, Kevin Strickland and Quin Snyder.

Valvano is coaching State, and Chris Corchiani is playing.

Lenny Wirtz is one of the refs.

I can't wait to come home tonight and watch the rest of this game!

Got new camera today! I only had a few minutes to shoot with any daylight left..but Xiola agreed to pose for me if I let her outside without a leash. :D I love the optical zoom on this camera (30x). In the photo she is standing about 50' away from me.
I'll spend the rest of the night reading the manual and playing with buttons.

Wow, great picture, and good-looking pup. What's the breed? (sorry, I don't know much about dogs...)

Great pic of your baby! She is pretty.

You will NOT be reading the manual and playing with buttons all night. You will be in Section 21 with the rest of us.

They won't cancel a Deed of Trust on the public record, yet they are forging ahead on a foreclosure on the 2nd DT--same piece of property. So I can't certify the title in order to refinance the 2nd DT. And when I talk to people in one department, they tell me that they can't help me with the other.

Merlin :O3 broke loose from his Gentle Leader (aka "nose thingy", aka muzzle) this morning in order to chase Zito the neighbor's black cat onto the neighbor's deck and then up a tree. Fortunately the tree that Zito went up was bordered on three sides by an embankment that he was afraid to jump down, and we (Bruce, the neighbor man and me) were all on the fourth side, so he decided his best option was to go home.

I thought I was going to need DD after that one....

Christmas tree #2 is now set up. Tomorrow night I'll sacrifice the skin on my hands and put the lights and decorations on it.
