Good Friday morning. Had to get up a little early this morning to gas up. Even then at 4 AM there were 5 or 6 of us all gassing up. By the look of my fellow gas station patrons, we all had similar plans. I did pick up an extra 5 gallon can of gas. Some places have reopened in Houston, but it may come in handy in a few days.

Gas here in the Triad shot up to ~$2.50/gal yesterday afternoon. Was going by Costco so I thought I'd fill up at $2.25. The lines from the pumps were maybe ten cars deep each. I went elsewhere. Paid $2.49. If the Colonial pipeline stays down, things are going to get crazy again.
