I'm proud of you, Central, and Ima letcha finsh the game. But Duke is one of the best Durham school of ALL TIME!

There is a very good reason Homecoming was traditionally scheduled in the latter part of October. The hurricane season in the Atlantic peaks in September making rains, especially heavy rains, very seasonal. I understand the importance of yesterday's game to the two universities and to Durham, but perhaps next year it will be possible to plan Homecoming nearer the end of the Hurricane season! (Could have used a smilie with an umbrella here.
)
