Roy Williams, after living a full life, died. When he got to heaven,
God started showing him around. They came to a modest little house
with a faded UNC flag in the window. "This house is yours for
eternity, Roy," said God. "This is very special; not everyone gets a
house up here."

Roy felt special, indeed, and walked up to his house. On his way up
the porch, he noticed another house just aro...und the corner. It was
a three-story mansion with a blue and gold sidewalk, 50-foot tall
flagpole with an enormous Duke flag and, in every window, a Duke logo.

Roy looked at God and said "God, I'm not trying to be ungrateful, but
I have a question. I was a good coach, I won 2 NCAA titles, 300+ games
and I might even get into the hall of fame. So why does Coach K get a
better house than me?"

God chuckled, and said "Roy, that's not Coach K's house, it's mine!"

One of my UNC friends approached me at the CLE this morning and said, "I haven't been able to talk about it until now, but I would like to congratulate you on Duke's win."

I kindly thanked her.

Still smiling! The smile got bigger when I checked ESPN.com a few minutes ago. They have a picture of Ol' Roy on their home page. He's in our favorite pose. :ymdevil: :9f:

Ol' Roy really needs to eat more fiber.
