Shotgun and a chief's special.

Guns locked in one place, ammo locked in another. Useless if I need to put it together quickly, but at the same time just thinking about shooting anything alive makes me sick. We inherited them when my wife's father passed a few years back.

I have a permit to carry a concealed weapon from the state of Ohio. I do not own a concealable weapon. It was fun taking the course. I do own two shot guns, but as of right now I have no amo in the house.

An arsenal, handguns, rifles and shotguns. My dad loved to hunt and shoot, and he passed on the enjoyment of shooting to me, though not the hunting gene. Most of the long guns I got when Dad passed away; I've bought a couple of handguns on my own.

I enjoy shooting paper targets, bottles, cans, pie plates, etc. I don't hunt. Shooting is a great stress relief.

Mr. Lawgrad91 and I both have concealed weapon permits in NC. I had one in VA before I moved and it expired. As a prosecutor, I like to have a firearm around, just in case.

Bear in mind the only children in the house are Merlin the Rescue Hound and Sasha the Fitness Schnauzer, so there isn't any issue of child safety.

Hope I never have to use one but I know how.
