I'll let you give EJ the flag because of his Atlanta ties...however, he also has NC ties, and as everyone knows, Pepsi rules in NC. You should only give him half a flag. Maybe use Cuba's. :D

I just watched a commercial that asked me, "Are you tired of feminine odor and discomfort getting in the way of your day?"

Upon close examination, I had to answer, "Not really."

If this game goes to overtime, just another notch in what I am hearby dubbing, "The Weekend of Doo Doo Sports Things."

The FSU Cheerleaders used a little too much Fake-N-Bake tanning lotion. Two of them have that unhealthy Oompa-Loompa orange glow.

Question for everyone - I need to see if I gave someone good or bad advice.

Friend of mine hasn't ever had an accident. Her car was legally parked when it was hit by a bus. The school district is not being quick about settling and she is caught in the repairs cost more than the car is worth problem. People told her she shouldn't contact her insurance company because they would raise her rates. I told her she should call her agent and see what the agent said. (And that she should be prepared for them to tell her she should have called sooner as the accident was several months ago.) I think her insurance could be fighting some of this battle for her.

What is your opinion. Did I give her bad advice? I'm insured with the same company and haven't had my rates increased in the past when someone else hit me.

She should have called her insurance company as soon as her car got hit.

But you gave her good advice.

IMHO
1. Yes, she should have called her insurance company right away. Probably not too late.
2. She needs a lawyer NOW to force the school district to settle for HER fair value, plus pain and suffering.
