So I woke up at 5 this morning with an excruciating- wait, that word isn't strong enough... hmmm can't think of one so let's say excruciating x 10- headache in my LEFT EYE. Yes, my left eye. And temple. And nose/sinus. Basically that area of my head but I thought my eye was going to explode.

I dragged myself to the bathroom to get some meds. I took them. I got back in bed & waited. Got *really* nauseous. Flipped to the other side. Still nauseous. Pain didn't get better. After about 30 min of this & thinking I was going to get sick to my stomach (seriously), I was able to at least fall back to sleep.

So I went in late to work today. And I am here, exhausted and really doing a whole lot of nothing.

Ain't it fun to play hooky? Or at least...half-hooky.

Dang Sue! My wife gets massive migraines that will make her sick every now and then, they are horrible to watch, even worse to experience I bet. Seen an eye doctor? Maybe your left vision is off.

My left (IIRC) is my better eye. I have to make an appt. at the eye doctor anyway, so I'll mention it.

2. Cutting your finger with a metal measuring tape sucks
3. Packing books with a bleeding finger sucks worse than 1 and 2
4. Krazy Glue saves the day
5. I hate moving

"TillyGalore" showed up in the "Who is online" list, so she was lurking from somewhere. Maybe she beat up somebody at the airport and stole their laptop. Or maybe she is actually home. But I'm pretty sure she is not on an island anymore. Unless it's a landshark that ate her and stole her password for crazietalk.
