What's Wrong with This Sign?

Took this photo of a sign at an emissions station near Union City, GA yesterday...

I heard that a large number of the protesters were bussed in. They were referred to as 'Professional Protesters'. I'm clinging to the hope that that is true and this sign was made and held by one of those people and not a teacher.
