I think I'll call mine Gladys. She's a grouch who has lived in Brooklyn for 76 years, and she smokes a pack a day.

They are not girl-exclusive and are oh so much fun and convenient!!! I love beer and so does Ezzie!!! Buuuurrrrpppp ;)
And, lest we forget, tarholes are a bunch sticky stinky shit Ozzie, as usual, is entirely right!
By the way, how the hell are you doing Roxie bee-atch?! Ezzie-ho is awesome!!!

Nothing exciting enough to call in the Shin Kickers. The person asked a "Duh" type question but I responded nicely and reminded them to do a particular thing - which they didn't do. Had to make adjustments on this end to what they had done.bjornolf wrote:Oooh, elaborate! Do we need to call in the shin kicker brigade?
This individual would keep them way too busy if they had to react to every irritating thing they do.

What should be done if the person happens to be allergic to aspirin...or for that matter, all NSAIDs?devildeac wrote:This is what I get for not spending much time here yesterday. My sister sent the below to me in one of those pass it on emails. Any truth to what she shared? I am particularly concerned about the part that states "there may be no pain in the chest during a heart attack." I've always heard the opposite.
About Heart Attacks
There are other symptoms of an heart attack besides the pain on the left arm.
One must also be aware of an intense pain on the chin, as well as nausea and lots of sweating, however these symptoms may also occur less frequently.
Note: There may be no pain in the chest during a heart attack.
The majority of people (about 60%) who had an heart attack during their sleep, did not wake up. However, if it occurs, the chest pain may wake you up from your deep sleep.
If that happens, immediately dissolve two aspirins in your mouth and swallow them with a bit of water.
Immediately Afterwards
- phone 911, a neighbor or a family member who lives very close by
- say "heart attack!"
- say that you have taken 2 aspirins.
- take a seat on a chair or sofa near the front door, and wait for their arrival and...
~ do NOT lie down ~
I believe there is a fair amount of truth to the above. There may be some shortness of breath also. I'd chew the aspirin. It would be OK to lay down if you feel lightheaded/dizzy. There really is not much else to do until EMS arrives and they should be there in less than 10 minutes. Not much else to suggest.

The store in Kona offered one to me, though I turned it down as I did not need another lei. The store in Hilo did not. Course they would have received the same answer.captmojo wrote: Are you still presented with a shell lei when you enter Hilo Hatties?
I bought the dress I'm wearing from Hilo Hatties. On the elevator this morning a woman was admiring my dress. She asked me where I got and of course I told her Hawaii. Guess that killed any notion of buying one for herself. Poor thing.

When you only have so much room in your suitcase, carry on-item, yes you can actually have too many.captmojo wrote:Can one actually have enough leis? Or too many?TillyGalore wrote:

Now, if you are talking in terms of a lifetime, no, one can never have enough leis.
