I am honestly in the dark as to what you're talking about. And believe it or not, I really am eating chips and watching ESPN right now. And yes, I have scratched myself some today. I also haven't showered.

- phone 911, a neighbor or a family member who lives very close by
- say "heart attack!"
- say that you have taken 2 aspirins.
- take a seat on a chair or sofa near the front door, and wait for their arrival and...
~ do NOT lie down ~

This is what I get for not spending much time here yesterday. OTOH, it's kinda nice to read through 4 pages of the LTE and PW like crazie(talk) for an hour or so.

I believe there is a fair amount of truth to the above. There may be some shortness of breath also. I'd chew the aspirin. It would be OK to lay down if you feel lightheaded/dizzy. There really is not much else to do until EMS arrives and they should be there in less than 10 minutes. Not much else to suggest.

I have a hard time sitting still and watching TV or being on the computer, so worked late (the daylight throws off my bodyclock, thinks it's only 5:30 when it's closer to 7), then went for a long walk after dinner. Still had an hour of daylight left!

Of course, it sucks 6 months from now, when it's pitch dark by 5:00PM, but I won't think about that just yet.

This was kinda cool when we visited/met my brother in central Oregon several years ago. Light till nearly 10 PM but the damned sunrises before 5 AM really freaked us out and we couldn't get back to sleep very well.

Cruises to Alaska are AMAZING. I went back between my 8th and 9th grade years. Totally worth it!

Agreed. We went last year for our 30th anniversary and seeing the sunset from the front of the cruise ship at almost 11 PM was fabulous.
