Is it one of them Infiniti's he used to sell?
No, a 1997 BMW. It stopped acting funny and got us home. #:-s Dale of Dale's Towing took my Saab away. Thanks, AAA, for the free tow. :ymhug:

Now I'm in my jammies, surrounded by puppies and watching Cooking Channel with Mom.
Sorry to hear about the Saab. So glad to hear about your most reliable BMW! How many miles does it have?

120,000 miles, give or take. I hate putting tons of miles on Winston Mini, but I guess he'll go to work with me tomorrow, and to take Mom back to Chesapeake on Thursday. Hope all her luggage fits. :-?

The other BMW, the brown Roadster, was in the body shop last week after B hit a curb trying to park. I think we need to move someplace with a functioning rapid transit system.

I backed in to my landscaper's trailer just before Christmas. The bumper worked, but it's got one huge dent in it. I need to get it fixed, but I'm scared to think how much the body shop is going to charge me.

I managed to back into my insurance agent's car in my old church's parking lot during a rainstorm. Backing into my agent saved me a phone call, at least.

The Saab needs a fuel pump. About $600. :sigh: It could be worse, though. It'll be ready tomorrow. I'm not ready to drive Winston Mini to the varnish zone five days a week.

Many times, when having a water pump replaced, a new belt is in order since it's off anyway.

You're right. It could be worse. I'm glad they'll have it ready for you tomorrow.

Hello. Yeah, it's afternoon here, but it's still morning in DA's neck of the woods.

Back from the funeral. Query: why does a 5'6" man who is cremated need 13 pallbearers?

Because he was a fatash?

Not unless he gained a ton of weight since the last time I saw him.

There were 12 guys escorting the one guy carrying the urn. A motley crew-mostly judges and lawyers.
