My Aunt Sue's trifle. Made with lady fingers, custard, strawberries, bananas, sweet marsala and homemade whip.

Pecan pie, fudge, coconut cake.

Tonight's dessert was a 12 layer chocolate cake.

This year it was Cousin Tonja's pumpkin spice bars. Or her coconut cake.

My favorite dessert is usually whatever cake Cousin Terrie (who got the family cooking genes from her Mom, my Aunt Irene; my Mom missed out on that gene) makes, but this year she made a casserole. Sigh.

Which had more antioxidants: the cookie or the brew? Tough call. ;)
