Anyone watch some of the game last night, or see the Brett Favre hit? My God. His head hit the tundra like that dude in The Hangover when he was punched by Tyson. Boom! For a second, Favre lay motionless. I thought he was dead. I thought they killed Brett Favre.

I had the opposite reaction, probably because I regard him as a diva (in a masculine sense, obviously; just ask Jenn Sterger). I just figured it was cold and he didn't want to play with the big boys any longer, and he figured his legacy would no longer be tarnished by his last play being an INT, like it would have been if he'd retired after his last throw in Green Bay, or his last throw last year, or his last throw in the Buffalo game.

He sounded about the same as he always did in the few clips I heard of the press conference, and the thousand-yard stare of Austin Collie or Aaron Rodgers was noticeably lacking.

They can't kill Brett Favre. His ego will go on....

TNT and I were watching in Section 21 and had a jynx moment with both saying "They killed Favruh".
