Good morning.
Good call Capt.! Mrs. Ozzie asked me what I thought she should do (drive to the office in Raleigh or not) about 2 hours ago when her alarm went off. I turned on the TV and then looked out the window. I turned off the TV and told her to go back to bed for a while. She's working from home today.

There is a disadvantage to living close to work: can't play the bad weather card. I slipped and slid on my 1/2-mile walk to the train station. However, today was the day for the big departmental Christmas party. Will walk across ice for free food.

No freezing roads in the Triangle this morning. Sorry (?) yours are Capt. I'm actually heading to Burlington in about an hour to deliver an air purifier(
). I'm pretty sure the temps are above freezing by now, so no problems are expected.

That's also a distinct disadvantage to being a housewife! You only have to wake up and it's all around you already ..... just lying in wait!

PS Deep and burning question, now that I think about it. Would it be "disadvantage TO" or "disadvantage OF" ? (Not that I don't have a gazillion other things to worry about today, like Kyrie"s toe for instance. Housewives worry about EVERYthing!)

Good morning to all! Have a big day today: hair appointment at 2:15 and lots of Christmas shopping to finish. Need to get started but I don't want to venture out. Will get worse the longer I wait.
