I think you changed your location.Bostondevil wrote:Did anybody notice the change?
Ok, someone in my office came in late today because he's sick. Once he got here (he reports to me), he came into my office to tell me what's wrong and why he came in (didn't want to miss the kick off for something we're doing today). Truthfully, I told him to go home. I'm not happy he came in. It's not worth it to get the rest of the office sick.TillyGalore wrote:Because I don't feel sick enough to stay home. I am the office. The boss is away and I have very little face to face interaction contact with others. Most of my job is done from my computer.Sue71 wrote:Ok, someone in my office came in late today because he's sick. Let's not forget that the typical sinus infection is not contagious. Glad you're feeling better Miss TillyTillyGalore wrote:I am the office. I am feeling better and will be able to put in a full day. Last night, I was concerned I'd miss today. There are times when the day starts off not so good, but my body rally's and I'm able to push on through.
Ugh, it's a sinus infection? Crap.DukePA wrote:

It sucked. We had a little wine and cheese as a prelude to a James Bond line dance trying to sell us a formations package. No more questions. It really sucked. I would have rather trimmed my toenails and a friend of our next to us in the line would have rather stayed home and read a book. Did I mention that it sucked?Sue71 wrote:DD, how was dancing last night?
Sorry last night was so lame. Shag is fun though.devildeac wrote:It sucked. We had a little wine and cheese as a prelude to a James Bond line dance trying to sell us a formations package. Tonight was better. Shag. Lesson 1 of a 4 or 5 part series. A great dance.
We had taken a shag series last summer and got to be mediocre with it. Tonight's lesson reviewed the basics in about 20-25 minutes and we learned 3-4 new patterns/moves tonight alone so that bodes well for the remainder of the series.Sue71 wrote:Sorry last night was so lame. I laid four bingos on Shammrog yesterday and beat him 529-299. Personal best for me. I enjoyed it.Sue71 wrote:I just scored a 70 point word in Scrabble (different game, Wilson). I've never scored a word like that. QUADS. Triple letter Q, double word S.

When you use all 7 of your letters at once. You get a 50-point bonus on top of your word score. You know, like I've done to you twice in our current game. ;)Sue71 wrote:Bingos?wilson wrote:I laid four bingos on Shammrog yesterday and beat him 529-299. Personal best for me.
