Next play. Can't get worse, right? One of these days this team is going to put together a solid game, Blacksburg seems like a good place to start.

We're 26 point underdogs.

Hard to argue with the line, we haven't shown that we should be any closer, but I'll take that bet.

We were -19 or -19.5 against miami. Would you have taken that bet on Friday last week? I might take Duke and 26 on Saturday, too. That's 26 points, not turnovers, right?

WRAL has a story up on the QB situation, with Renfree still starting but Connette playing a bigger role than he has so far.

CB&B, I don't know which route you'll take to get to Blacksburg, etc., but you want to stay away from Rt. 220 this weekend because NASCAR is descending on Martinsville this weekend and travel will be a charlie-foxtrot.

Coach Cutcliffe said what I've been thinking even through all the repeated turnovers since Alabama. This is more than simple optimism. This team is learning the hardest lessons in the midst of great on field pressure and high fan expectations.

It's a sign of great improvement in the program that the fans expect much more now and when they don't get it, show great disappointment.

We're coming straight up from Winston.
From Winston, it's possible to make it, up good 'ol Interstate 8 :D to Floyd, in about an hour and 20 minutes. Well, possible from Walkertown.
If you go up I-81, that 'Love's' travel store in Fort Chiswell has GREAT fried chicken. =p~

Avoid Rt. 220 at all costs unless you are leaving at zero-dark-thirty. Route 8 is VERY twisty but a pretty drive this time of year, well, any time of year unless it's covered in snow. Probably pretty then too, but I'd stay away in the snow.

I found the game on TV. Its horrible. :sigh: 27-0 already,. Interceptions, turnovers, just horrible to watch. :ymsick: The weather looks wonderful on tv. Lane stadium is full.

I should have gone to Elon Homecoming vs Woffard. listening to elon on the radio.

Duke/Va tech on one tv. And flipping the other tv.

Need to rest up for the basketball exhibition game 2nt. :duke:
