For my part, I'm going to be doing a smoked salmon recipe. Not "smoked salmon" as in smoked before they shipped it, but marinated salmon smoked on the grill for about an hour or so. Very tasty.

I'll try it, but I generally don't like salmon. Never have. That leaves more for everyone else.

I won't be able to make the Miami game. My Uncle RW in Eden is moving to be closer to his daughter in Charlotte, and I promised to help him move, and this is the weekend. His sons are worthless, so the moving crew is me, his daughter, possibly her husband, and anyone he can scare up from his church.

If you'd send up some vibes and/or prayers for my uncle, I'd be grateful. He has just started chemo for non-Hodgkins lymphoma.
